FoxFlash "Unable to Connect Server" Solution

Problem:
I failed to run FoxFlash Manager on win7 64bit, it says unable to connect server.

2 Solutions:

1.

Check Windows data time sync it off.

Make sure net framework is installed.

Download Win7 patch 
Download Win7 system patch to fix it. 

2. Install software on Win10 64bit system.

If the error occurred on Win10 system, install netframwork 4.8.
